General<\/h3>\n<p>Gift cards are issued by Elektri Ekspert O\u00dc (registry code 10843047, Kadaka tee 42b, 12915 Tallinn, info@ledekspert.eu, +372 6 386 416), hereinafter the Seller. These terms supplement the LedEkspert <a href=\"https:\/\/ledekspert.eu\/en\/terms-and-conditions-of-sale\/\">terms and conditions of sale<\/a>. By purchasing a gift card, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Gift card types and value<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>e-gift card<\/strong> is sent to the recipient by e-mail immediately after the payment is received or on a date chosen by the buyer (up to 90 days after the purchase).<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>gift card (plastic card)<\/strong> is sent by post or can be collected from our store at Kadaka tee 42b, Tallinn.<\/li>\n<li>The value of the gift card is 100 \u20ac, 250 \u20ac or 500 \u20ac, or an amount chosen by the buyer between 50 and 1000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Validity<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The gift card can be used <strong>24 hours after<\/strong> the payment is received.<\/li>\n<li>The gift card is valid for <strong>6 months<\/strong> from the date of issue; for an e-gift card sent on a later date, from the date it is sent. The expiry date is shown on the gift card and in the e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Any balance not used within the validity period expires and is not refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Use<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In the e-shop ledekspert.eu<\/strong>, enter the gift card code in the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In the store<\/strong> at Kadaka tee 42b, Tallinn, show the gift card code or QR code at the checkout.<\/li>\n<li>The gift card can be used for several purchases as long as there is a balance on the card. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference is paid by another payment method.<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.<\/li>\n<li>The gift card and its balance cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Checking the balance<\/h3>\n<p>The balance and validity of the gift card can be checked on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ledekspert.eu\/en\/gift-card-balance\/\">gift card balance<\/a> page or in our store.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Loss of the gift card<\/h3>\n<p>The gift card can be used by any person who knows the gift card code. The Seller is not liable for the use of the gift card by a third party who has obtained the code. If the e-gift card did not reach the recipient, we will resend it on the basis of the order number. The balance of a lost plastic card can be used if the card code is known.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Withdrawal and returns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the gift card within 14 days if the gift card has not been used. Upon withdrawal, the gift card is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded.<\/li>\n<li>A gift card bought with a cancelled or refunded order becomes invalid.<\/li>\n<li>When goods paid for with a gift card are returned, the amount paid with the gift card is credited back to the gift card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8. Personal data<\/h3>\n<p>We use the gift card recipient&#8217;s name and e-mail address only to deliver the gift card. The processing of personal data is described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/ledekspert.eu\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>9.
