Buyer’s right of withdrawal

• The buyer as a consumer has the right to return the ordered goods (withdraw from the sales contract) to the seller within 14 days as from the receipt of the goods without giving any reason by sending a relevant request to the seller and returning the goods at their own expense to the address: Kadaka tee 42b, 12915, Tallinn, Estonia
• The withdrawal request can be submitted on the website at ledekspert.eu/en/withdrawal (the buyer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt by e-mail) or in free form by e-mail to [email protected], stating the order number, the buyer’s name and the e-mail address used when placing the order.
• The withdrawal deadline is met if the buyer sends the withdrawal request within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. The seller shall confirm receipt of the request to the buyer without delay by e-mail.
• In the event of withdrawal, the buyer undertakes to immediately return the goods to the seller in the same condition as he/she received them, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of submission of the withdrawal request. If the buyer fails to return the goods by this deadline, it does not affect the validity of the withdrawal, but the seller may continue to withhold the refund and claim compensation from the buyer for the value of the goods.
• In the event of the buyer’s withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall refund the payments received for the goods ordered by the buyer within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the withdrawal request. The seller shall make the refund to the same payment method used by the buyer to make the payment. However, the seller has the right to refuse to issue the refund until the buyer has returned the ordered goods to the seller and provided proof of this. The seller shall inspect the goods returned by the buyer within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request and confirm to the buyer whether the product is returnable.
• The buyer shall bear all direct costs (including, but not limited to, shipping costs) associated with the return of the goods to the seller.
• If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear and tear, the seller has the right to reduce the amount refundable in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods. The returned goods shall be unused and undamaged and in their original packaging. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and avoid the payment of compensation in the event of a return, the product packaging shall be opened carefully without damaging it. Goods may be used in a manner which is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The product returned shall be complete (include all items included in the product package – cables, etc.) If the goods were purchased under a promotional offer where another product was added to the goods, the buyer shall return the entire set (i.e., all the products).
• The right of withdrawal set out in this clause shall not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
